Software Developer

Our client, a leader in healthcare technology solutions, is seeking an experienced Software Developer to support the development, maintenance, and optimization of mission-critical backend systems. This role is ideal for a technical professional with strong experience in C++ , backend development, and high-volume transactional environments. Responsibilities Develop, maintain, and optimize backend applications and services Build and support REST/SOAP APIs and system integrations Analyze and improve system performance and scalability Work with MS SQL Server databases and troubleshoot issues Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver technical solutions Requirements Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field 4+ years of software development experience Strong hands-on experience wit h C++ Experience wit h MS SQL Server Knowledge o f REST/SOAP AP Is and web services Understanding o f Object-Oriented Programming (OOP ) Experience with Git, Azure DevOps, and/or CI/CD pipelines Fully bilingual (English and Spanish) Preferred Qualifications C#, ASP.NET Angular or React Experience in healthcare or regulated industries Some benefits Health & Life Insurance 401K Christmas + Performance Bonus Others
