What You Will Do Develop and maintain core backend services using Spring Boot, Java/Kotlin, and Ruby on Rails. Collaborate across the business to translate user needs into pragmatic, well-tested technical solutions. Contribute to small frontend features in React to ensure seamless end-to-end product delivery. The ideal candidate Proven experience as a backend engineer in a fast-paced startup environment with strong JVM or Rails skills. A pragmatic problem-solver who enjoys wearing multiple hats and building 80/20 solutions for rapid testing. Based in the UK and able to commute to Central London at least one day per week.
