🚀 Senior Devops/ ITSM /Platform Engineer | Utrecht, Netherlands | Hybrid | Long-Term Contract We are hiring an experienced Senior ITSM Platform Engineer / DevOps Engineer for a long-term assignment with a leading enterprise organization in Utrecht, Netherlands . You will work within a collaborative DevOps team to configure, enhance, and continuously improve an enterprise IT Service Management platform , supporting core ITIL processes and delivering an efficient user experience. 📍 Role Details Location: Utrecht, Netherlands — Hybrid Start: ASAP Duration: Until June 2027 Working Hours: 40 hours per week Language: Dutch and English Engagement: Payroll/contract employment only 🔧 What You’ll Be Doing Configure, enhance, and optimize enterprise ITSM platform capabilities Implement and continuously improve ITIL-based service management processes Support processes across: Incident Management Problem Management Change Management Collaborate closely with Process Owners, Product Owners, and technical teams Identify process bottlenecks and recommend practical improvements Implement scalable solutions using out-of-the-box ITSM platform capabilities ✅ Essential Experience Strong hands-on experience with an enterprise ITSM platform , such as: ServiceNow Micro Focus / OpenText Service Manager HaloITSM BMC Helix Ivanti TOPdesk Similar enterprise ITSM platforms Strong understanding of ITIL principles and service management processes Experience implementing, configuring, or improving ITSM workflows and processes Experience with Incident, Problem, Change, Request, or Asset Management Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a DevOps team Professional Dutch and English communication skills ⭐ Nice to Have SQL knowledge Flow-based automation or runbooks ITSM workflow automation ITIL certification Agile or DevOps delivery experience Experience working in a large enterprise or regulated environment ⚠️ Important Eligibility Requirements Please apply only if: You have hands-on experience with an enterprise ITSM platform You can communicate professionally in both Dutch and English You are eligible to work in the Netherlands You are available for a long-term hybrid assignment in Utrecht You are open to payroll/contract employment Self-employed, ZZP/freelance, and Midlance arrangements cannot be considered for this opportunity. 📩 Please Include With Your Application Updated CV in English Current location Availability / notice period Expected hourly rate or gross salary expectation Netherlands work authorization status Any planned holidays or extended leave Suitable candidates will be contacted promptly due to the urgent nature of the requirement.
