We are currently looking for Software Engineering - Custom Software Engineer Requirements: SuccessFactors The client is HEINEKEN, a company known for its global presence in the brewing industry, producing a wide range of beer and cider products Responsibilities: As a Custom Software Engineer, you will be responsible for developing custom software solutions to design, code, and enhance components across systems or applications. You will utilize modern frameworks and agile practices to deliver scalable, high-performing solutions tailored to specific business needs You are expected to be a subject matter expert, collaborate and manage the team to perform effectively You will be responsible for team decisions, engage with multiple teams, and contribute to key decisions Additionally, you will provide solutions to problems for your immediate team and across multiple teams Master proficiency in SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central is required Design innovative software solutions that meet client specifications and enhance user experience. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of software components Conduct thorough testing and debugging to maintain high-quality standards in software delivery. Stay updated with industry trends and emerging technologies to continuously improve software development practices Mentor junior team members and share knowledge to foster a collaborative learnin Location: Lisbon, hybrid Range Salarial 2.600 € – 3.000 € net monthly Note: Includes all components: Fixed, Variable, Meal Allowance, Remote Work, and Benefits.
