Backend Intern

Agronochain is looking for a motivated Backend Intern with hands-on experience in MongoDB, Express.js, and Node.js, along with working knowledge of Python. This role is ideal for someone eager to learn, grow, and work on real-world backend challenges in a fast-paced startup environment. Key Responsibilities Assist in designing and developing backend APIs using Node.js and Express.js Work with MongoDB for database modeling, querying, and performance optimization Write clean, maintainable, and scalable backend code Support integration of third-party services and internal microservices Collaborate with senior developers to debug, test, and improve backend systems Develop small automation scripts or backend utilities using Python when required Participate in code reviews and follow engineering best practices Requirements – Working experience with MongoDB, Express.js, and Node.js – Hands-on knowledge of Python (Flask or FastAPI preferred) – Basic understanding of REST APIs, MVC patterns, and server-side architecture – Familiarity with Git and version control workflows – Strong problem-solving skills and eagerness to learn – Ability to work in a collaborative, fast-paced environment Education & Qualifications – Final semester student or fresh graduate in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related technical field What You’ll Gain – Hands-on experience with production-level backend systems – Mentorship from experienced engineers – Exposure to real-world startup and product development workflows – Opportunity to grow into a full-time role based on performance
