Entry-Level Full Stack & AI Developer  Denver, CO (Hybrid – Minimum 3 Days In-Of fi ce Per Week) Full-Time | Technology Team  About the Opportunity  TSM Law is a leading Colorado law firm serving thousands of clients across the state. Our technology team builds the internal platforms, client-facing applications, and AI-powered automation tools that support our legal practice.  We're looking for an Entry-Level Full Stack & AI Developer who is excited to build real software with real impact. Whether you're a recent graduate, bootcamp graduate, self-taught developer, or transitioning into software development, we value curiosity, problem-solving, and demonstrated ability over traditional credentials.  You'll work primarily with Python, Vue.js, Azure, and modern AI technologies , collaborating closely with our development team in a hybrid environment.  What You'll Do  Develop and maintain full-stack web applications using Python (FastAPI or Flask) , Vue.js , and Azure .  Design responsive user interfaces and build backend APIs while working with SQL databases, primarily PostgreSQL.  Help integrate AI capabilities into production applications, including document analysis, workflow automation, search, and other LLM-powered features.  Write clean, maintainable, and well-tested code while participating in code reviews, Agile planning, and technical discussions.  Collaborate with teammates using Git and document solutions so they are easy to maintain and understand.  Continuously learn new technologies and contribute ideas that improve our products and development processes.  Required Quali fi cations  Experience programming in Python through coursework, personal projects, internships, or professional work.  Experience with JavaScript and at least one modern frontend framework (Vue, React, or Angular).  Experience using Git for version control.  Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field or equivalent demonstrated experience through personal or professional projects.  Strong communication and collaboration skills.  Preferred Quali fi cations  Experience with Vue 3, FastAPI, or Flask.  PostgreSQL or relational database experience.  Experience building or integrating AI/LLM-powered applications (OpenAI, Claude, LangChain, RAG, etc.).  Automated testing experience (pytest, Vitest, Playwright).  Compensation Salary Range: $60,000–$100,000 annually, depending on experience and qualifications.   Bonus & Other Compensation: Employees may be eligible for discretionary bonuses, including annual performance- and Firm-performance-based bonuses, subject to eligibility requirements and management discretion.
