Location: On-Site Job Type: Full-Time Posted Date: 2/19/2026 About The Role Job Description: As a MERN Developer, you will be responsible for building, enhancing, and maintaining scalable web applications using modern TypeScript-based frontend and backend technologies. You will work closely with designers, backend services, and QA teams in an Agile/Scrum environment to deliver high-quality sprint-based outcomes. This role requires strong hands-on development skills, ownership of assigned features, and active participation in code reviews and sprint ceremonies. You are expected to work independently on assigned tasks, collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, and contribute to improving code quality, performance, and reliability of the platform. Key Responsibilities Program and deliver as per the scope provided by your manager. Actively participate in the discussions/scrum meetings to comprehend and understand your scope of work and deliver as per your estimates/commitments. Proactively reach out to others when you need assistance and to showcase your work, work independently on your assigned work. Required Skills And Experience Strong experience with TypeScript and React Hands-on experience with React Router 7, modern React patterns, and state management Proficiency in CSS Modules and converting Figma designs into pixel-perfect UI Experience with frontend testing using Vitest Backend development experience using Node.js with HAPI Familiarity with Jest for backend testing. Experience working with DynamoDB, S3, and Redis Understanding of asynchronous workflows and orchestration tools such as Temporal (preferred) Experience working in Agile/Scrum teams Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently Good communication skills and willingness to collaborate across teams.
