Full Stack Engineer

LIBERNETIX is a global payment provider transforming cross-border transactions through cutting-edge technology and deep industry expertise. We help businesses scale seamlessly across jurisdictions by delivering reliable payment infrastructure, smart routing solutions, and exceptional operational support. We’re looking for a hands-on Lead Full-Stack Engineer to drive the delivery of multiple e-commerce and SaaS products. You’ll combine technical leadership with active development, leading a small cross-functional team while designing scalable foundations that enable rapid project launches for different clients. Responsibilities Lead a small team of 1-3 developers, QAs, and DevOps dedicated to creating different types of e-commerce and SaaS projects Designing an approach that allows for the quick launch of similar projects for different clients Lead project planning from the technical side: clarifying requirements, designing features, estimating work, and participating in architectural discussions Collaborating with the infrastructure, security, and other teams on implementing cross-functional requirements Own the delivery of the projects and production readiness Maintain development best practices, libraries, and tools, to speed up the development and ensure quality Perform hands-on full-stack development work and infrastructure changes, with the support of a DevOps engineer Troubleshooting production issues Requirements Must-Have Proven 2+ years of experience in leading an engineering team with examples of technical ownership Excellent knowledge of full-stack TypeScript development using React (TanStack, Next.js, or Remix) Love for creating beautiful frontends Experience with building long-running asynchronous workflows Experience with a popular cloud platform (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and Docker Experience with SQL databases (MariaDB, Postgres, or others) Good experience with LLM-assisted development tools Nice to Have Experience with DevOps, infrastructure as code (e.g. Terraform) Experience with e-commerce or SaaS projects Experience with PHP (we have some legacy projects that might need critical fixes) What We Offer At LIBERNETIX, we work based on three core principles: Taking Responsibility: We own our roles, decisions, and results.
