JOB SUMMARY Web development- - This will be for specific project, they will be a utility player.  -HTML  -CSS -Javascrip - React -Preferred: Shopify Liquid -Preferred- Adjentic AI development  5+ years of experience Take ownership of complex software development tasks, working independently to design, code, develop, debug and implement high-quality IT solutions. Utilize your in-depth knowledge and experience to solve technical challenges and mentor junior developers. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS  Analyze User Requirements: Analyze user requirements and design technical solutions.  Develop Complex Systems: Develop and maintain complex systems and subsystems.  Collaborate Cross-Functionally: Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure developers and stakeholders are aligned.  Ensure Code Quality: Review code to ensure quality and adherence to standards.  Understand Technical Stack: An awareness and understanding of the entire technical stack available to developers. Ability to exploit the proper technology for specific reasons.  Stay Current on Technology: Maintain knowledge of state-of-the-art technology and industry trends and recommend technologies to department leadership.  Participate in Project Planning: Participate in project planning activities utilizing agile development methodologies and provide technical input.  Analyze User Requirements: Analyze user requirements and design technical solutions.  Develop Complex Systems: Develop and maintain complex systems and subsystems.  Ensure Code Quality: Review code to ensure quality and adherence to standards.  Stay Current on Technology: Maintain knowledge of state-of-the-art technology and industry trends and recommend technologies to department leadership.  Participate in Project Planning: Participate in project planning activities utilizing agile development methodologies and provide technical input.  Must be able to perform all essential job functions with/without accommodation.  Uses office automation, communication, software, and tools used in Haworth office environment.  Performs other duties within scope as assigned.
