Full Stack Java Developer

Location: Phoenix, AZ (Onsite) Job Type: Long-Term Contract Job Summary STAFFXPERT LLC is seeking a Full Stack Java Developer on behalf of our client in Phoenix, AZ. We are looking for an experienced software professional with strong expertise in Java/J2EE, Spring Boot, and modern full-stack development. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience building scalable enterprise applications, developing RESTful APIs, and working with modern front-end technologies in an Agile environment. Key Responsibilities Design, develop, and deploy scalable Java/J2EE-based full-stack applications. Build and maintain backend services and RESTful APIs using Spring Boot, Spring Data, and JPA. Develop and enhance application features using Java and Golang where applicable. Apply object-oriented programming principles, software design patterns, and industry best practices. Develop responsive, user-friendly front-end applications using React and TypeScript. Collaborate with Agile/Scrum teams throughout sprint planning, development, testing, and code reviews. Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize applications for performance, scalability, and reliability. Stay current with emerging technologies and recommend improvements to development processes. Required Experience 8+ years of overall software development experience. 4+ years of hands-on experience designing, developing, and deploying Java/J2EE applications. Strong experience with Spring Boot, Spring Data, and JPA. Hands-on experience with Golang. Strong understanding of Java fundamentals, object-oriented programming, and software design principles. Experience implementing design patterns and coding best practices. Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments using JIRA. Exposure to modern development tools, frameworks, and technologies.
