Automation Test Engineer

Location Plano/Dallas, TX (Hybrid) Job Summary STAFFXPERT LLC is seeking an Automation Test Engineer on behalf of our client in Plano/Dallas, TX. We are looking for a highly skilled QA Automation professional with expertise in Python, Robot Framework, Salesforce testing, and Mobile Automation. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and maintaining robust automation frameworks, executing automated test strategies, and ensuring the quality and reliability of web, mobile, API, and Salesforce applications. This role offers the opportunity to work in a collaborative Agile environment and contribute to the delivery of high-quality software solutions. Key Responsibilities Design, develop, and maintain scalable test automation frameworks using Python and Robot Framework. Create, execute, and maintain automated test scripts for Salesforce, web, mobile, and API applications. Perform functional, regression, integration, and end-to-end testing to ensure application quality. Develop and maintain automation suites for Android and iOS platforms. Collaborate with developers, business analysts, product owners, and QA teams to define and implement effective testing strategies. Identify, document, and track software defects while supporting root cause analysis and issue resolution. Integrate automated test suites into CI/CD pipelines to improve testing efficiency. Participate in Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives. Continuously improve automation processes, test coverage, and overall QA best practices. Required Qualifications Strong hands-on experience with Python for test automation. Extensive experience with Robot Framework. Proven experience testing Salesforce applications. Hands-on experience with mobile automation for Android and iOS. Experience with Selenium WebDriver or comparable UI automation tools. Experience with API testing and automation. Solid understanding of software testing methodologies, SDLC, STLC, and QA best practices. Experience using Git or other version control systems. Experience working in Agile/Scrum development environments. Strong analytical, debugging, and problem-solving skills. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Preferred Qualifications Experience with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, GitHub Actions, or Azure DevOps. Knowledge of automation framework design and test reporting best practices. Experience supporting enterprise-scale automation initiatives across multiple applications and platforms.
