Job Description Job Title : Full Stack Developer (Node.js + React.js) Location : Dubai Experience : 6+ Years Job Summary We are looking for a Full Stack Developer with strong expertise in Node.js (60%) and React.js (40%) to build scalable, high-performance enterprise applications. The role involves backend API development, frontend UI implementation, and end-to-end system optimization. Key Responsibilities Design and develop scalable RESTful APIs and backend services using Node.js. Build responsive and reusable UI components using React.js (TypeScript/JavaScript). Ensure application performance, scalability, and security. Work on microservices architecture, API integrations, and distributed systems. Implement CI/CD pipelines, containerization (Docker, Kubernetes), and deployment processes. Monitor, debug, and optimize application performance. Collaborate with cross-functional teams in an Agile environment. Required Skills Strong experience in Node.js, JavaScript, TypeScript, and NoSQL databases. Hands-on experience in React.js, HTML, CSS (Tailwind, Material UI, CSS-in-JS). Expertise in REST APIs, authentication (JWT, OAuth), and API integrations. Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD practices. Familiarity with message queues (Kafka) and API gateways. Knowledge of Redux/Context API and modern frontend tools. Strong understanding of data structures and performance optimization. Good To Have Exposure to GraphQL. Basic understanding of AI concepts. Domain experience in Banking or Retail. Soft Skills Strong problem-solving and ownership mindset. Ability to work independently and collaborate with multiple teams. Good communication and stakeholder management skills.
