Job Description Must Have Technical/Functional Skills Role Overview We are seeking a highly skilled Backend Engineer with strong expertise in building scalable backend systems, APIs, and enterprise integrations using Python and/or Node.js. The ideal candidate will have experience leveraging AI-assisted development tools and will be responsible for developing, reviewing, and optimizing high-quality, production-ready solutions. This role requires strong collaboration with cross-functional teams, adherence to engineering best practices, and the ability to support rapid prototyping and enterprise-grade deployments. Key Skills Strong Python expertise with experience building and deploying production-grade backend systems Hands-on experience developing applications using LLMs, including prompt engineering and orchestration Proven experience with RAG architectures, embeddings, and vector databases Experience with agentic frameworks (e.g., LangChain, LangGraph, AutoGen) Strong system design skills with experience building and scaling cloud-based applications Salary Range: $105,000 - 145,000 a year TCS Employee Benefits Summary Discretionary Annual Incentive.
