Senior Software Engineer (Java + Angular + Node.js)

Location: Coru a, Spain Job Summary We are seeking an experienced Technology Development Team Leader to lead a small software development team while contributing to the design, development, and enhancement of technology solutions. This role combines hands-on technical leadership with project planning, architecture design, and team management in a collaborative and growth-oriented environment. Key Responsibilities Collaborate with Technology Management to define development priorities and product enhancements. Gather and analyze requirements from business stakeholders and clients. Plan, coordinate, and oversee development activities and project deliverables. Define and maintain system architecture to support new functionalities and technologies. Provide technical guidance and actively contribute to software development. Lead, mentor, and support a small team of developers, fostering continuous improvement and professional growth. Requirements Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field. 6+ years of experience with Java development. 2 3 years of experience with Node.js and Angular. 2+ years of experience leading or managing small development teams. Strong planning, organizational, and project execution skills. Ability to work independently while promoting teamwork and collaboration.
