Description
Product Engineer - Frontend / Full-Stack Ante Digital is an AI studio that builds, ships, and operates real software across several active ventures and client projects: AI SaaS products, high-converting web funnels, Framer websites, and internal ops tooling. We're looking for a product-minded engineer who can move between all of them without treating each as a separate job. This is a frontend-leaning full-stack role. You're strong in React / Next.js / TypeScript and care about polish, speed, and UX, but you're comfortable wiring up APIs, auth, billing, databases, webhooks, and AI services when the work calls for it. The kind of work you'll ship in a given month: - An AI SaaS dashboard and onboarding flow - A Framer B2B site with custom code components and performance fixes - A conversion funnel wired into a CRM with booking and follow-up - An internal campaign-tracking dashboard for a creator/distribution network - A reusable design-system component set for landing pages and app surfaces - AI-assisted summaries, scoring, or reporting bolted onto an existing product You'll take rough, imperfect specs and turn them into shipped software, then document it clearly enough for a non-technical operator to run. What you'll do - Build polished, responsive, production UI with React, Next.js, TypeScript, Tailwind, and shadcn across SaaS apps, dashboards, landing pages, and admin tools. - Work in Framer: design systems, reusable and code components, SEO, mobile QA, performance. - Integrate third-party services: CRMs, Stripe, auth, webhooks, background jobs, analytics, notifications. - Build AI features with LLM APIs, embeddings, RAG, and structured data pipelines. - Own the details from preview deploy through QA to launch, and debug across frontend, integrations, performance, and user flows. Must-haves - Strong React / Next.js / TypeScript, with real frontend chops: layout, responsive design, state, forms, loading states, the polish that separates shipped from "works on my machine." - Tailwind and skills in a modern component system. - Fluent in a modern design tool - Claude Design, Figma, or similar - enough to work from a mockup, spot when a layout is off, and translate design into clean implementation. - AI-native in how you work: comfortable with Claude Code / agentic coding and experienced using MCP servers to wire tools into your workflow for real productivity, not as a novelty. We build with AI as a core tool, not an afterthought. - Able to go full-stack when needed: APIs, data models, auth, billing, integrations. - Shipped production web apps on Vercel or similar; fluent with Git, PRs, preview environments, and Linear-style issue tracking. - Sharp debugging and QA instincts, and comfort working from ambiguous, evolving requirements. - Clear written communication. Nice-to-haves Framer code components · shadcn/ui, Turborepo, Prisma, Postgres, Supabase · Stripe billing · Better Auth / Clerk / Auth.js · Trigger.dev, queues, background jobs · OpenAI / Anthropic / Gemini / OpenRouter, pgvector, RAG · Docker / self-hosted deploys (we e.g run Coolify on Hetzner, not just Vercel) · Rust exposure a plus (occasional backend/perf-sensitive work; not needed for frontend) · Prometheus / Grafana · GoHighLevel / Salesforce / Attio or similar · Cloudflare R2/Stream, HLS/video · SEO, OpenGraph, Core Web Vitals · analytics and attribution dashboards · agency, startup, or venture-studio experience. First 30 days, you'll have - Shipped meaningful frontend improvements without heavy handholding. - Taken one messy area and made it visibly cleaner. - Deployed working previews fast and connected at least one integration end-to-end. - Improved mobile and responsive quality, and documented what you built. - Measurably reduced the implementation work sitting on the founder's plate. Who you are A frontend-leaning product engineer shaped by startups, agencies, or fast client work. You have taste, and you care about UX, but backend and API work doesn't scare you. You use AI to move faster, and you're fluent in modern agentic tooling. You don't just take tickets: you help clarify them, ship, test, and tell the team what changed.
