User Experience Designer

We’re looking for a UX Designer to join a collaborative, fast-moving team focused on building great digital experiences. This role is a mix of product design and UX strategy, giving you the chance to own projects from early concepts all the way through launch. You’ll work closely with Product and Engineering teams to create clean, intuitive experiences across both web and mobile platforms. What You’ll Be Doing Lead the UX design process from idea to implementation Create wireframes, prototypes, and polished visual designs Partner with Product and Engineering to build scalable, user-friendly solutions Help shape product decisions through user research and UX best practices Conduct usability testing, interviews, and research analysis Contribute to and improve design systems and standards Present ideas and design concepts to stakeholders clearly and confidently Ensure designs are responsive, accessible, and user-focused Mentor junior designers and help support team growth What We’re Looking For 3+ years of experience in UX or Product Design Strong portfolio showing end-to-end product design work Experience working in Agile environments alongside Product and Engineering teams Proficiency with Figma or similar design tools Strong understanding of: Interaction design Information architecture User research and usability testing Experience designing for both web and mobile (iOS/Android) Strong communication and collaboration skills Nice to Have 5+ years of UX experience Experience with design systems or DesignOps Knowledge of accessibility standards (WCAG) and inclusive design Familiarity with HTML, CSS, or JavaScript Exposure to AI-driven design tools or emerging technologies Why Join High-visibility role with real ownership and impact Collaborative, product-focused environment Opportunity to help shape and scale the user experience across platforms
