What You’ll Do Build beautiful, performant front-ends. Turn designs into applications with the professionalism and aesthetics to delight institutional users. Translate complex financial logic into code. Work alongside product teams to understand and capture the nuances of their industry in our workflows. Meet institutional standards. Harden our code to meet clients’ rigorous requirements for the security and robustness of their technical systems. Explore new products. Deep-dive into new areas of the financial system alongside experts, exploring ideas and helping to shape future products. Who You Are You ship, not just code. You’ve been directly responsible for taking major features or entire products from idea to production - owning the full lifecycle of significant technical projects, not just contributing to them. Full-stack TypeScript. You’re experienced with TypeScript on both the front end and the back end (blockchain experience is not required). You build with AI. Modern AI coding tools are central to how our engineering team works, and we expect the same fluency from you. You’ve woven them deeply into your workflow and know how to get real leverage from them. Experience with data grids. Our applications streamline complex workflows that involve displaying a lot of data. We use AG Grid, and experience with this library is a big plus. Startup mindset. Employment Details Location: Austin, TX, USA (on-site 3 days per week). Compensation: $180,000–$225,000 base salary + equity. Final package based on prior experience and qualifications.
