Role Overview: We are looking for a Product Owner to integrate our teams in a highly collaborative and international environment, taking responsibility for defining, prioritising, and managing the product backlog. This role ensures the continuous delivery of high-value digital features aligned with business goals and user needs, acting as the key bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams while driving Agile product delivery. (Hybrid Model - Lisbon) What you will do: Define, prioritise, and manage the Product Backlog in alignment with business objectives; Collaborate closely with business, design, and development teams to translate requirements into clear and actionable User Stories; Contribute to the product vision and roadmap, ensuring continuous evolution based on stakeholder and user feedback; Participate in and facilitate Agile ceremonies, including Sprint Planning, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives; Monitor product delivery progress, identifying risks, dependencies, and blockers, and ensuring timely reporting to stakeholders. What you are like: Proficient in Product Ownership or Product Management within digital environments; Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies and frameworks (e.g., Scrum); Skilled in backlog management, prioritisation techniques, and user story definition; Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to bridge business and technical teams.
