Front End Software Engineer (React) - West Midlands (Hybrid) £50,000-£60,000 + Benefits | Hybrid (3 days on-site) A fast-growing technology business is hiring a Front End Software Engineer to help build and scale modern customer-facing platforms and internal systems. This is a high-performance, fast-paced environment suited to engineers who enjoy ownership, continuous improvement, and solving complex problems. The Role Build scalable applications using React, Next.js, JavaScript/TypeScript Develop clean, maintainable front-end solutions with API integrations Work in an Agile (Scrum/Kanban) environment Contribute to testing, CI/CD, and engineering best practices Collaborate with stakeholders to deliver user-focused solutions What They're Looking For 3+ years' experience with React.js Strong JavaScript, HTML & CSS skills Experience with APIs, CI/CD, and cloud platforms (Azure preferred) Familiar with tools like Postman / Swagger Comfortable in fast-paced, evolving environments Nice to Have C#, Laravel, or experience in high-growth/SME environments Package £50-60k salary 33 days holiday Private healthcare, pension, life assurance Flexible hours + hybrid working
