Job Overview :We are seeking driven, detail-oriented individuals to join our team as Entry-Level Business Analysts. In this role, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business challenges, analyze requirements, and help deliver efficient, impactful solutions. Key Responsibilitie s:Partner with stakeholders to gather, document, and validate business requirement s.Conduct analysis to identify process inefficiencies and propose actionable improvement s.Create and maintain comprehensive documentation, including workflows, process maps, and user storie s.Collaborate with technical teams to ensure business requirements are translated into effective solution s.Support project planning, tracking, and reporting to ensure timely deliver y.Facilitate user acceptance testing (UAT) and feedback cycles to refine deliverable s.Stay informed on industry trends and best practices in business analysis and consultin g. Preferred Qualificati ons:Internship or hands-on experience in business analysis or consult ing.Familiarity with tools like JIRA, Confluence, or Power BI is a p lus.Basic knowledge of SQL or database concepts is advantage ous.
