Position: Human Data Manager, New Grad Type: Hourly contract Compensation: $40 - $55/hour Location: Remote Commitment: 10 40 hours/week Role Responsibilities Design and manage data workflows for annotation, collection, processing, and analysis. Establish and monitor KPIs to drive operational efficiency and performance improvements. Analyze datasets to extract actionable insights and support data-driven decision-making. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align data operations with business goals. Develop reporting frameworks to track metrics, quality, and workflow performance. Continuously optimize processes to ensure scalability, accuracy, and data integrity. Take ownership of operational challenges and proactively implement solutions. Requirements Bachelor s or Master s degree in Computer Science, Data Analytics, Engineering, or related fields. Strong experience in data analysis, annotation, or workflow optimization. Familiarity with operational processes and process improvement methodologies. Excellent communication skills to present insights clearly and effectively. Strong analytical thinking with attention to detail in data quality and validation. Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, remote environment. Interest in AI systems, human data operations, and performance optimization.
