Role Description We're looking for strong full-stack developers to help build scalable web apps and backend services. If you take ownership, write clean code, and enjoy solving real problems — let's talk. What we're looking for: Python / Django — 4–6+ yrs building scalable web apps and backend services. API design & docs — 3+ yrs with RESTful APIs, OpenAPI/Swagger, auth, versioning and clear developer docs. React — 3+ yrs building modern frontends with React and JavaScript/TypeScript. Complex business logic — able to understand, design and ship complex requirements and workflows. AI-assisted development — hands-on with tools like ChatGPT, Claude, Cursor and GitHub Copilot to work faster and better. Testing & code quality — automated testing, code reviews, CI/CD, high standards. Cloud & DevOps — Docker and deploying to AWS, GCP or Azure. Communication & teamwork — clear communicator, comfortable in Agile teams. Live streaming (nice to have) — real-time systems, WebSockets, streaming/media processing or event-driven architectures.
