Position: Web Developer Location: Warsaw, Poland Hybrid role: 3 - 5 days from the office Type of contract: fixed term contract with a possibility of extension Contract duration : until the end of this year, with a strong possibility of extension Pay rate: 160.00 - 185.13PLN/h B2B (The final rate can vary depending on level of experience and the form of the contract) Our client: A leading global investment banking, securities, and asset management organization that provides a wide range of financial services to a substantial and diversified client base. ROLE OVERVIEW You will be responsible for building and executing challenging projects across a number of initiatives. You will work with key stakeholders, UX Designers, and other development teams to get requirements and convert them into deliverables. You will learn new technologies, working on constantly upgrading your skill-set and the products you work on to be at-par with the best in the industry. You will innovate and solve technical challenges in an effective manner that emphasizes a long-term vision. SKILLS Relevant Technologies and Concepts : React, Angular, TypeScript, Jest, Cypress, Playwright, Redux, Node.js, CSS-in-JS, SSR, Vite, Vitest REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS 5+ years of hands-on experience with some of the latest technologies to build rich web applications Strong hands-on experience with modern front-end technologies such as React (mandatory), Angular, Typescript, and comfortable learning new languages Experience with clean code and testing methodologies Superior interpersonal, communication and organization skills Ability to work on multiple project simultaneously in a fast-paced, collaborative environment Self-motivated and self-managed with a high degree of analytical ability, innovation and intellectual curiosity PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS Bachelor's degree in Computer Science Experience working in delivery driven agile SDLC covering research, design and engineering Experience with micro front ends Experience with Reactive programming methodologies and frameworks such as RxJS Experience with front-end build tools and testing libraries including Webpack & Vite EDUCATION Bachelor's degree in Computer Science eTeam Workforce sp. z o.o. is an employment agency registered in a registry kept by the Marshal of the Mazowieckie Voivodeship under the number 21300
