Web Developer & Technical SEO Specialist

About the Role Riddle & Riddle Injury Lawyers is looking for a Web Developer & Technical SEO Specialist to help manage our website in-house. This person will maintain and improve our existing WordPress website, support SEO projects, troubleshoot technical issues, and help ensure website leads and tracking data flow correctly into Salesforce/Litify , our CRM. Our current stack includes WordPress, Elementor, Gravity Forms, Yoast SEO, Schema Pro, Polylang, WP Rocket, WP Engine, Google Tag Manager, Invoca, Intaker, and Salesforce/Litify. Responsibilities • Manage website updates in WordPress and Elementor • Build and edit pages, templates, forms, redirects, and content • Support technical SEO, including metadata, schema, internal links, crawlability, redirects, page speed, and indexing • Maintain Gravity Forms, hidden tracking fields, notifications, confirmations, and webhook-related lead flow • Help ensure form, phone, chat, UTM, GCLID, and source data flow correctly into Salesforce/Litify • Troubleshoot website, plugin, tracking, and CRM data issues • Manage plugin/theme updates using staging and QA • Work with marketing leadership on landing pages, SEO improvements, conversion tracking, and website performance • Document website processes, templates, integrations, and changes Required Skills • 3+ years of WordPress development experience • Strong experience with Elementor • Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and basic PHP • Experience with technical SEO and lead generation websites • Familiarity with Google Tag Manager, GA4, Search Console, and SEO tools • Experience with forms, tracking fields, webhooks, APIs, or CRM data flow • Working knowledge of Salesforce, Litify, or another CRM • Strong troubleshooting and QA skills Preferred Experience • WP Engine, Cloudflare, WP Rocket, Gravity Forms, ACF Pro, Polylang, Schema Pro, or Yoast SEO • Salesforce-based CRM experience • Local SEO, legal marketing, healthcare, home services, or multi-location websites • Call tracking, chat tracking, UTM/GCLID tracking, and attribution setup • Multilingual WordPress websites Ideal Candidate The right person can work inside an existing website without wanting to rebuild everything from scratch. They understand that website changes can affect SEO, tracking, lead flow, CRM data, and revenue. They are careful, organized, technical, and able to explain issues cleary.
