Process Engineer

Title: Process Engineer Location: Ohio Role Overview: We are seeking an experienced Solid Dosage Process Engineer to provide hands-on shop floor support for commercial-scale manufacturing. This role will support ongoing production, PPQ activities, and tech transfer readiness to ensure successful site launch and consistent initial batch performance. Key Responsibilities: Provide on-the-floor manufacturing support for solid dosage operations, including off-shift support as needed. Oversee and support production activities, acting as floor-level technical support Review and support execution of manufacturing protocols and PPQ validation batches. Support tech transfer activities to ensure processes are site-ready through launch Troubleshoot process issues in real time to ensure batch success and compliance. Partner with manufacturing and quality teams to ensure smooth execution of scaled processes
