Business Analyst-Digital Transformation

Key Responsibilities Conduct stakeholder interviews and workshops to gather requirements Analyze business processes and identify areas for improvement Document functional and non-functional requirements Create user stories, process flows, and use case diagrams Collaborate with product owners, developers, and QA teams Support UAT by preparing test cases and validating outcomes Ensure traceability of requirements throughout the project lifecycle Assist in change management and training activities Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, or related field 4+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in IT or digital projects Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Proficiency in tools like Jira, Confluence, Visio, and Excel Excellent communication and documentation skills Experience in Agile and Waterfall methodologies Certifications Certified Business Analysis Professional (CBAP) or equivalent is a plus
