Python Developer

Position:  Python Developer Compensation:  $ 53 - 57 /hour, depending on experience Location:  Kansas City, Missouri Inceed has partnered with a great company to help find a skilled  Python Developer  to join their team! This is a strong opportunity for a developer who enjoys building scalable, cloud-based applications and APIs in a fully onsite environment. You’ll support a growing technical team focused on computational design and enterprise workflows, helping deliver reliable solutions across Azure and GCP. With the team still expanding, this role offers real visibility, meaningful impact, and the chance to shape architecture and development practices. Key Responsibilities & Duties: Build and maintain cloud-native Python applications and APIs. Support enterprise and computational design workflows. Collaborate cross-functionally on system design and delivery. Contribute to architecture and technical decision-making. Develop, test, deploy, and support software solutions. Troubleshoot issues and improve system performance. Follow secure coding and modern development practices. Enhance code quality, reliability, and maintainability. Required Qualifications & Experience: 5+ years of professional software development experience. Strong Python application development experience. Experience with API design and REST services. Background in automated testing and debugging. Experience with Azure, GCP, or similar cloud platforms. Familiarity with web frameworks and data processing workflows. Experience with source control and CI/CD practices. Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field. Nice to Have Skills & Experience: Experience with JavaScript. Exposure to Svelte. Experience with AI development. Experience working independently with minimal direction. Background in architectural decision-making.
