Frontend Engineer (Tailwind)

Position: Senior Frontend Engineer (Tailwind) Type: Contract Compensation: $30 - $100/hr Location: Remote Commitment: 10-40 hrs/week Role Responsibilities Develop and implement robust, responsive web interfaces using React and Tailwind CSS. Ensure pixel-perfect implementation and maintain a consistent, scalable design system. Collaborate cross-functionally with designers and backend engineers to deliver seamless user experiences. Optimize frontend performance by identifying and addressing bottlenecks and enforcing best practices. Contribute to the ongoing evolution of our UI architecture and component library. Champion accessibility and usability standards to deliver inclusive products. Requirements Have extensive experience developing complex frontends with React and JavaScript. Possess expertise in Tailwind CSS, with a passion for responsive and scalable design systems. Have strong knowledge of frontend performance optimization best practices. Demonstrate the ability to deliver pixel-perfect UIs closely aligned with design requirements. Have excellent written and verbal communication skills, especially when working remotely. Have a proven track record of building accessible and maintainable web applications.
