We're looking for experienced engineers who enjoy solving complex product challenges and building intuitive user experiences powered by AI. The Role We're looking for a Senior Front End Engineer with deep expertise in React to help build the user interfaces behind our suite of AI-powered applications. You'll work alongside product managers, designers, AI engineers, backend engineers, and platform specialists to create products that simplify complex creative workflows and make advanced AI capabilities accessible to thousands of users across the Publicis network. This is a hands-on engineering role where you'll have significant influence over architecture, technical decisions, and product direction. What You'll Do Design and build modern web applications using React and TypeScript Develop intuitive interfaces for AI-powered workflows including content generation, localization, review, automation, and creative collaboration Partner closely with AI engineers to integrate Large Language Models and other machine learning services into user-facing products Build reusable component libraries and scalable frontend architectures Optimize application performance, accessibility, and responsiveness Collaborate with UX designers to deliver polished user experiences Work with backend engineers to define APIs and data contracts Participate in architecture discussions and contribute to technical strategy Mentor other engineers through code reviews and technical guidance Help establish frontend best practices, testing standards, and engineering processes What We're Looking For Required 6+ years of professional frontend engineering experience Strong expertise in React Excellent knowledge of TypeScript Experience with modern frontend tooling (Vite, Webpack, npm, Yarn, etc.) Strong understanding of component architecture and state management Experience consuming REST and/or GraphQL APIs Experience building scalable enterprise web applications Strong understanding of responsive design and accessibility Experience with automated testing Comfortable working in Agile product teams Excellent communication skills in English Nice to Have Experience with AI-powered applications or Generative AI products Experience integrating LLM APIs (OpenAI, Anthropic, Google Gemini, Azure OpenAI) Experience with Next.js Familiarity with Python backends Experience with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, or GCP) Experience working with design systems Experience with Figma Knowledge of authentication systems (OAuth, SSO) Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines Experience working in a global distributed engineering team You'll Thrive Here If You Enjoy building products from the ground up Care deeply about user experience and product quality Like collaborating across engineering, design, and product Are curious about AI and how it changes software development Take ownership and enjoy solving ambiguous problems Balance speed with thoughtful engineering decisions Continuously learn and adopt new technologies
