About Us At Hancod, we’re building Duxbe — an AI-powered ERP & POS system designed for small businesses across India and beyond. We ship clean UI, fast code, and features that matter. Off-screen, we smash Jenga blocks, play badminton, and constantly level up. We are seeking a skilled MERN Stack Developer to build and maintain scalable web applications. You will work across the full development lifecycle and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions. The role involves both front-end and back-end development, focusing on performance, scalability, and user experience. Key Responsibilities Develop, test, and maintain web applications using the MERN stack Design and manage RESTful APIs and work with MongoDB and SQL databases Collaborate with designers and developers to implement new features Write clean, efficient code and ensure responsive design Debug, optimize performance, and follow security best practices Support deployment, documentation, and ongoing maintenance Required Qualifications Basic understanding of JavaScript, React.js, Node.js, and Express.js Knowledge of Supabase and familiarity with SQL databases Understanding of RESTful APIs and version control tools like Git Familiarity with front-end and back-end development concepts Exposure to Agile development methodology (academic or internship level) Good problem-solving and analytical skills Strong communication and time-management abilities Academic projects, internships, or personal projects related to web development Portfolio, GitHub profile, or examples of relevant projects (if available) Note: This is a unpaid internship.Skills: next.js,express.js,agile methodologies,javascript,restful apis,mongodb,websecurity standard,node.js,responsive web design,mern stack,react.js
