Data Analyst

Location: [Onsite / Hybrid / Remote] Employment Type: Full-Time Experience Level: Freshers / 0–3 Year Key Responsibilities: • Assist in collecting, cleaning, and preparing data for analysis • Perform basic data analysis to identify trends and patterns • Support senior data scientists in building and testing ML models • Create simple reports, dashboards, and visualizations • Work on academic, internship, or internal projects using real datasets • Learn and apply industry best practices in data science • Collaborate with team members and actively participate in knowledge-sharing Required Skills & Qualifications: • Bachelor’s degree (or final-year student) in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Engineering, or related fields • Basic programming knowledge in Python • Understanding of statistics and mathematics fundamentals • Familiarity with data analysis libraries (Pandas, NumPy) • Basic knowledge of SQL and databases • Awareness of machine learning concepts (training, testing, overfitting, etc.) • Strong willingness to learn, curiosity, and problem-solving mindset • Good communication skills Preferred / Nice to Have (Not Mandatory) • Academic projects or internships in Data Science / Analytics • Exposure to ML libraries (Scikit-learn, TensorFlow, PyTorch) • Experience with data visualization tools (Matplotlib, Seaborn, Tableau, Power BI) • Online courses, certifications, Kaggle participation, or GitHub projects • Basic understanding of cloud platforms (AWS / Azure / GCP)
