We're building AI-powered industrial wearables and looking for an exceptional engineer to help define the product from day one. If you've built and shipped zero-to-one products end-to-end—from backend APIs and real-time video pipelines to the mobile apps customers use—we want to talk. You'll bring: ⚡ 2–5 years building and shipping products ⚡ Founding Engineer (#1–5), early-stage startup experience, or a high-intensity environment (Tesla, SpaceX, Anduril, top YC) ⚡ Experience with real-time video, streaming, or low-latency systems (WebRTC, YouTube, Twitch, Cloudflare, Mux, etc.) ⚡ Strong full-stack skills across TypeScript, React, React Native, Node.js, Python, AWS/GCP, PostgreSQL, Redis & modern cloud infrastructure ⚡ Experience shipping iOS, Android, or React Native applications ⚡ A builder mindset—you own the whole product, not just your tickets You'll own: • Smart glasses ↔ AI backend ↔ companion app • Real-time streaming infrastructure • Backend APIs & scalable architecture • Mobile/Desktop applications • Deployment pipelines & engineering best practices Bonus: Experience with AR, smart glasses, edge ML, real-time streaming, or teams like Meta Reality Labs, Apple Vision, Snap, or Google—especially if paired with startup or founder experience.
