Senior Business Analyst – Datacenter Network & Interconnection We are seeking a Senior Business Analyst with experience in datacenter infrastructure, network engineering, and interconnection services. This role partners closely with network engineering, product, and operations teams to analyze infrastructure performance, drive strategic initiatives, and support the expansion of a global datacenter network. Responsibilities Analyze network infrastructure, interconnection services, IP transit, peering, and transport connectivity to identify optimization opportunities. Support capacity planning and forecasting for network growth and datacenter expansion. Lead cross-functional infrastructure projects from requirements gathering through implementation and delivery. Translate technical network designs into business requirements, user stories, and project plans. Develop KPIs, dashboards, and reporting using Power BI, Tableau, or similar tools. Perform cost, utilization, and financial analysis to support infrastructure investment decisions. Manage project risks, dependencies, and stakeholder communications across technical and business teams. Requirements 7+ years of Business Analyst, Technical Project Manager, or related experience within datacenter, telecom, networking, or internet infrastructure environments. Strong understanding of networking concepts including BGP, peering, MPLS, DWDM, and interconnection architectures. Experience with SQL and data analysis tools such as Python, R, or advanced Excel. Familiarity with Agile project delivery and tools such as Jira, Confluence, or Microsoft Project. Excellent communication skills with the ability to present technical concepts to both engineering and executive audiences. Preferred PMP, CSM, CCNA, CCNP, or related certifications. Experience working with telecom carriers, internet exchanges (IXs), and global network service providers. REMOTE
