Machine Learning Associate

Job Summary We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Machine Learning Associate to join our team. This entry-level role is ideal for individuals who are passionate about Artificial Intelligence (AI), Machine Learning (ML), and data-driven solutions. You will work with experienced engineers and data scientists to support the development, testing, and deployment of machine learning models while gaining practical experience with modern AI technologies. Key Responsibilities Assist in collecting, cleaning, and preparing datasets for machine learning projects. Support the development, training, and evaluation of machine learning models. Perform data analysis and identify patterns, trends, and insights. Help test and validate model performance using appropriate evaluation metrics. Collaborate with data scientists, software developers, and product teams on AI initiatives. Assist in documenting experiments, model results, and technical processes. Support the deployment and monitoring of machine learning models. Conduct research on emerging machine learning techniques and AI technologies. Maintain organized datasets and project documentation. Follow coding standards and best practices for AI and machine learning development. Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, Software Engineering, Computer Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related field. Recent graduates are encouraged to apply. Basic understanding of machine learning concepts and algorithms. Familiarity with Python programming. Basic knowledge of data structures, algorithms, and statistics. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Good communication and teamwork abilities. Eagerness to learn and adapt to new AI technologies. Preferred Skills Familiarity with Python libraries such as NumPy, Pandas, Scikit-learn, TensorFlow, or PyTorch. Basic understanding of supervised and unsupervised learning techniques. Knowledge of SQL and database fundamentals. Familiarity with Jupyter Notebook or Google Colab. Basic understanding of data visualization tools such as Matplotlib or Seaborn. Exposure to Git or other version control systems is an advantage. Understanding of cloud-based AI services is a plus.
