Drive architecture, technical design, and code quality initiatives. Conduct code reviews and ensure engineering best practices. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions. Backend Development Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend applications using Python, Django, FastAPI, and Flask. Build secure, high-performance REST APIs and GraphQL services. Develop event-driven applications using Apache Kafka. Design background workers, asynchronous services, and data pipelines. Optimize application performance, scalability, and reliability. Team Mentoring Mentor junior and mid-level developers. Support technical growth through knowledge sharing and code reviews. Provide constructive feedback and technical guidance. DevOps & Cloud Collaborate with DevOps teams on CI/CD pipelines. Build and deploy containerized applications using Docker and Kubernetes. Work with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP. Client & Stakeholder Collaboration Translate business requirements into technical solutions. Participate in client discussions, requirement gathering, demos, and technical reviews. Deliver scalable and maintainable software solutions aligned with business goals.
