Java Fullstack Developer

We are looking for an experienced Java Fullstack Developer to join our team in Lisbon. This role requires a strong backend focus with Java and solid frontend experience with Angular , working in a modern, CI/CD-driven environment. Responsibilities Develop and maintain scalable backend services using Java (17/21) and Spring Boot (3.2/4) Design and implement responsive frontend applications using Angular (18/20) Build and consume RESTful APIs, ensuring performance and reliability Work with PostgreSQL databases for data modeling and optimization Implement messaging solutions using ActiveMQ Containerize applications using Docker and support deployment pipelines Collaborate in CI/CD processes using Maven, Jenkins, Nexus, XLDeploy, and Git Ensure code quality and test coverage using SonarQube and JaCoCo Participate in code reviews, technical discussions, and architecture decisions Work in a Linux-based environment (SUSE LES 15) for deliverables and Windows 11 for development Requirements 5+ years of professional experience in software development Strong hands-on experience with Java and Spring Boot (mandatory) Solid experience with Angular (mandatory) Proven experience in building and consuming REST APIs Experience with Docker and CI/CD pipelines Familiarity with PostgreSQL and messaging systems (ActiveMQ is a plus) Experience with code quality and testing tools (SonarQube, JaCoCo) Comfortable working with IntelliJ or Eclipse IDEs Fluency in English and French (mandatory) Portuguese is a strong plus Additional comments Candidates must currently be based in Lisbon (mandatory) with availability to work in a hybrid model (2 days per week onsite)
