Project Manager

Responsibilities: Responsible for the full life cycle delivery management of large-scale overseas projects, including plan formulation, resource coordination, progress/quality/risk control, to ensure the projects are delivered on time and with quality. Undertake the delivery of major company projects, interface with clients, partners and internal teams to ensure smooth delivery. Align with the domestic project management system, unify project processes, standards, templates and reporting mechanisms, and promote the convergence of project management at home and abroad. Be responsible for key project node reporting, problem closure and improvement, to enhance the project delivery capabilities and customer satisfaction in the region. Job Requirements: Bachelor's degree or above, with 5 years or more of experience in IT / cloud computing / integration project management. Experience in delivering large-scale projects is preferred. Good communication skills in both Chinese and English, capable of independently communicating with overseas clients and domestic teams. Familiar with the entire project management process, and proficient in methods for controlling progress, risks, costs, and quality. Strong cross-team coordination and problem-solving skills, able to adapt to overseas business trips and on-site project work. Project management certifications such as PMP or ACP is preferred. Experience in cloud computing / IDC / government and enterprise projects is preferred.
