Test Automation Engineer

Test Automation Engineer Location: Brussels, Belgium (Hybrid – up to 3 days remote per week) Contract: Full-time Contract Overview We are seeking an experienced Test Automation Engineer to join a major digital transformation programme within the energy sector. You'll be responsible for designing, automating, executing, and maintaining test solutions across multiple enterprise applications, working closely with Agile delivery teams to ensure high-quality software releases. Required Skills Proven experience in test planning, test design, and test execution. Strong hands-on experience with test automation. Programming or scripting experience (Python preferred). Experience with performance and non-functional testing. Good knowledge of SQL/NoSQL databases. Experience working within Agile/Scrum environments. Understanding of APIs, web services, frontend/backend architecture, and software integration. Excellent communication skills in English. You'll be a proactive, analytical, and detail-oriented testing professional who enjoys working in Agile environments, challenges existing processes, and is passionate about delivering high-quality software through both manual and automated testing.
