Senior Java Developer

We are seeking a Senior Software Engineer for our client! In this role, you'll build and support scalable, high-performance software and infrastructure, improve platform reliability, and collaborate across engineering, data, and operations teams to deliver impactful solutions at scale. Responsibilities: Designing, building, and maintaining scalable, high-performance platform and infrastructure systems Ensuring platform uptime, stability, monitoring, alerting, and overall production health Developing and maintaining public APIs and extensible backend solutions Collaborating with engineering, data science, operations, and database teams to improve automation, data pipelines, and system reliability Qualifications: Strong background in software and systems development at production scale Experience with at least one modern programming language such as PHP, Ruby, Python, JavaScript, Elixir, Go, or similar Deep experience with Linux administration and cloud environments (AWS, Google Cloud, DigitalOcean, etc.) Hands-on experience with big data technologies such as Kafka, Hadoop, or Spark Solid understanding of networking fundamentals and IT security best practices Experience with automation and configuration tools (Ansible, Puppet) and/or container orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes) Proven ability to architect, deploy, monitor, and continuously improve complex systems
