Our expectations -Expert-level experience as a Java Developer -Technical Skills Profile: Expert Level Languages & Core: Java (11 / 21), Spring, Spring Boot, Spring Security Architecture: Microservices, Microservices Architecture, RESTful APIs, OpenAPI / Swagger Tools & Testing: IntelliJ, Maven, Gradle, JUnit, Unit Testing Intermediate Level Frameworks & Databases: Hibernate, Relational Databases (SQL), Cosmos DB Cloud & DevOps: Azure (Event Hub, Service Bus, Event Grid, Functions, API Management, Application Insights, Logic Apps), Terraform, Git, Nexus, Bamboo Methodology: Agile practices Beginner Level Containers & Orchestration: Docker, Containers, Kubernetes, Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS) Front-End: React (basic understanding for cross-team collaboration) -Team player, self-starter, creative problem-solver, and high sense of responsibility. -Very good command of English and Dutch - Readiness for hybrid work in client's office (Ghent) Nice to have Experience with and good knowledge of: ELK Stack, Tomcat, Sparx Enterprise Architect Main responsibilities Lead a Java project team, defining application architecture and overseeing technical implementation and Azure setups. Actively contribute to defining best practices for establishing a new, cutting-edge Azure-based architecture. Deliver high-quality end products that fully comply with application architecture standards, functional user requirements, and the overall ICT strategy. Work closely with other developers, software engineers, analysts, the Scrum Master, and end-users to build user-friendly tools for various business units. Maintain open communication with internal clients, managing expectations and providing regular status and progress updates. Stay updated on the latest industry trends and developments, and actively share your knowledge with colleagues during technical working groups.
