Job Title QA Engineer Conversational AI (Sierra) Location: Remote Job Summary STAFFXPERT LLC is seeking a QA Engineer Conversational AI (Sierra) on behalf of our client in Remote. This role is ideal for a quality assurance professional with experience testing AI-powered conversational applications. The successful candidate will be responsible for validating chatbot interactions, ensuring accurate NLP responses, and delivering high-quality conversational experiences through comprehensive manual and automated testing. Key Responsibilities Perform manual and automated testing of Conversational AI applications. Validate chatbot conversations, NLP responses, intents, entities, and conversational workflows. Create, execute, and maintain detailed test cases, test plans, and test scenarios. Identify, document, track, and verify software defects through resolution. Conduct API testing to validate backend integrations and conversational services. Collaborate with cross-functional teams in an Agile development environment to ensure product quality. Verify functionality, usability, and performance of conversational AI solutions. Contribute to continuous improvement of QA processes and testing best practices. Required Qualifications Proven experience as a QA Engineer testing Conversational AI or chatbot applications. Hands-on experience with the Sierra platform. Strong understanding of manual and automated testing methodologies. Experience validating chatbot conversations, NLP responses, and conversational flows. Proficiency in creating test plans, test cases, and defect reports. Experience with API testing tools such as Postman or similar. Familiarity with Agile/Scrum development methodologies. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. Preferred Qualifications Experience working with AI/LLM-powered conversational applications. Knowledge of test automation frameworks and scripting. Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and cloud-based applications. Experience with conversational analytics and chatbot performance testing.
