Job Title: Senior ReactJS Lead (Micro-Frontend) Location: Columbus, OH OR Cincinnati, OH (Must be able to go office once in a month ) Duration: Full Time Role Overvie wWe are looking for a Senior React Lea d to drive our frontend architecture toward a highly scalable, Micro-Frontend (MFE ) ecosystem. You will balance hands-on architecture with technical team leadership to break down complex enterprise systems into autonomous, high-performing micro-apps .Key Responsibilitie sArchitect MFEs : Design and maintain a modular frontend using runtime integration and decoupled deployment strategy .Lead & Mentor : Establish engineering standards, conduct code reviews, and mentor mid-to-senior engineers .Collaborate : Bridge communication between Product, UX, and Backend teams to deliver seamless user experiences .Core Technical Skill sMFE Patterns : Advanced experience with Webpack 5 Module Federatio n, single-sp a, or custom shell orchestrators .Monorepos : Proficiency managing large-scale workspaces using N x or Turborep o .React Ecosystem : Mastery of React 18+, TypeScript, and modern state management (Zustand, Redux Toolkit) .CI/CD & DevOps : Hands-on experience building independent deployment pipelines for individual micro-apps .
