QA ANALYST

Svitla Systems Inc. is looking for a QA Analyst for a full-time position (40 hours per week) in Ukraine. Our client is a global leading ag-tech company focused on delivering software solutions for the agri-food value chain. They focus on enterprise clients such as corporate farms, vertically integrated food and beverage companies, agricultural input manufacturers with agronomic advisory services, agribusiness banks, and governments. You'll help to make the product run smoothly and meet the required standards. The position is not for someone who simply follows test plans. You need to be hands-on in establishing, managing, and tracking test standards. You'll join a team that believes great products come from attention to detail, collaboration, and curiosity, and you'll be one of the key people making sure that holds. Requirements 3-4 years of experience in software testing or a similar role. Knowledge of frontend technologies (JavaScript, TypeScript, Angular). Hands-on experience with test automation frameworks (e.g., Playwright). Understanding of Scrum. Strong analytical thinking and an eye for detail. Fluency in English and other languages is a plus. Nice To Have Experience with tools like Jira, Azure DevOps, TestRail, Postman, or Swagger (familiarity with any of these speeds up onboarding). ISTQB or similar certification is a plus, not a requirement. Responsibilities Own testing across the full product lifecycle, from front-end testing of web and mobile applications, through API testing, to reviewing specs and acceptance criteria before a single line of code is written. Execute test plans and test cases across all product functional areas. Perform front-end testing on web and mobile, plus hands-on API testing. Capture, analyze, and document test results, and track bugs through to resolution. Rising awareness of testing culture and setting up relevant processes Review functional specs, acceptance criteria, and flag risks early. Work closely with QA Engineers, Product Owners, Business Analysts, and external partners to keep the test strategy aligned with the product's actual needs.
