Immediate Start: UX Designer (5-Month FTC) Are you a dynamic UX Designer skilled at building seamless, end-to-end experiences from the ground up? I am partnering with the UK's leading B2B events business to find a talented UX professional for an initial 5-month fixed-term contract. They operate globally with flagship brands in the technology sector, offering the agile, fast-paced environment of a scale-up, underpinned by robust commercial stability and exceptional year-on-year revenue growth. The Mission: The business is making a substantial investment in its technology stack to modernize the journey for both attendees and exhibitors. You will take ownership of simplifying complex user journeys and creating a highly personalized, seamless digital ecosystem. Key Projects & Responsibilities: Cutting-edge initiatives: Working on an external Data and AI platform, a complete registration revamp, and a new API layer. Ecosystem design: Delivering cohesive, unified experiences across multiple product domains, including internal CRM projects, event apps, websites, and onsite technologies. End-to-end ownership: Leading discovery and user research, mapping customer journeys, creating high-fidelity prototypes, and seeing solutions through to execution. About You: Available to commence immediately. Proven experience navigating multi-product domains and complex digital ecosystems. Capable of owning the full lifecycle of an experience, including zero-to-one product development. Adept at conducting discovery and user research, translating findings into wireframes, prototypes, and clear user flows. A champion for simplifying user journeys and delivering intuitive, human-centered design. The Details & Process: Reporting structure: Working directly with the Head of CX Technology; an excellent and highly supportive leader. Contract: 5-Month FTC. Interview Process: Streamlined and efficient, consisting of two 1-to-1 MS Teams interviews.
