Manual Testing Analyst

Summary: We are seeking an experienced professional with 6-8 years of experience in manual testing and API testing. The ideal candidate will have exposure to automation frameworks such as BDD Cucumber or AI Enabled Playwright, and will possess strong analytical skills to drive solutions in a dynamic environment. Responsibilities: Perform non-repetitive testing-related tasks. Review user stories, prepare test cases and test data, and execute test procedures. Ensure digital onboarding processes meet authentication, CDD/KYC, risk, credit, and fraud handling standards. Challenge current processes and automate where possible, based on project capabilities. Highlight and track gaps between current and new systems. Prepare and execute SIT/UAT test scripts, raising and correctly tagging defects. Conduct walkthroughs and demos for business stakeholders. Participate in discussions on system changes and provide input. Support UAT/UVT during workflow changes and field-level validations. Ensure successful rollout of new systems post-UAT and provide post-go-live support. Identify sudden changes and raise change requests to the project team. Meet deliverables with urgency, ensuring timeliness and accuracy. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience. 3 years of testing experience in retail and liability products. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Strong communication skills for stakeholder interaction and consensus building. Experience with agile frameworks. Required Skills: Test scenario and case preparation. Testing execution skills. Strong analytical skills. Typing skills. Reading and comprehension. Preferred Skills: Experience in programming languages like Java, TypeScript, or Python. Exposure to BDD Cucumber Framework or AI Enabled Playwright Framework.
