Data Science Intern

Responsibilities Learning under the supervision of an experienced professionals Practice on educational and life projects Spend from 30 to 40 hours per week for 6 months on developing yourself in your chosen field Requirements Good knowledge of Computer Science fundamentals: Statistics, Algorithms and Data Structures. Basic engineering skills in Python, Experience with VCS (preferably Git) Basic understanding of Data Science concepts (supervised vs unsupervised, regression vs classification, overfitting vs underfitting etc) Basic knowledge of relational databases (e.g. MySQL) English: Upper-intermediate or higher (spoken and written) Education: Technical education (BS or MS in a technical field or currently pursuing the degree) Nice to have Experience with cloud services: GCP/ Azure/ AWS. Especially valuable if ML-services were used. Proved experience in Python engineering Experience in Data Science (pet or academic projects, hackathons etc.) Experience of using Data Science tools and frameworks: Jupyther, scikit-learn, pandas, seaborn, pytorch etc Domain knowledge outside of the Computer Science field We offer The duration of the internship is 6 months; 6 to 8 working hours a day; Compensation for the period of study; Mentoring from professional specialists, development plan, monitoring of learning progress, technical assessment upon completion of training; The best students will have the opportunity for further employment in the company; Opportunity to participate in all activities of the company; We provide all the necessary equipment; Access to training platforms.
