Staff Full Stack Engineer

As a Full Stack Engineer, you'll play a key role in designing, building, and scaling high-performance applications used by a global user base. Working across the entire technology stack, you'll help deliver fast, intuitive user experiences while solving complex engineering challenges in a highly collaborative, fast-paced environment. What You'll do Design, build, and ship high-performance software that directly contributes to the growth of a large-scale consumer platform Work across the full technology stack, from backend services and infrastructure to modern frontend applications Rapidly prototype, test, and iterate on new features while maintaining a strong focus on quality and performance Solve complex technical problems in a fast-moving environment where scalability and efficiency are critical Collaborate closely with engineers, designers, and product teams to deliver exceptional user experiences Take end-to-end ownership of features, from technical design through implementation, testing, deployment, and ongoing improvement. What We're Looking for Strong experience building modern web applications using technologies such as TypeScript, React, Next.js, and Node.js Experience developing scalable, high-performance applications that support real-time user interactions Interest in blockchain, Web3, DeFi, or distributed systems, or a strong desire to learn the space. Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to navigate ambiguity and deliver practical solutions High ownership mindset with the ability to independently drive projects from concept through production Experience working within startups, scale-ups, or other high-growth product environments where speed, autonomy, and impact are highly valued Passion for collaborating with talented engineering teams to build innovative, consumer-focused technology at scale.
