<p>We are seeking an experienced <strong>GenAI Software Engineer</strong> to join a small, close-knit, self-managing team. Our mission is to develop advanced AI platforms, AI-driven solutions, and applications that transform how our customers operate across a wide range of industries. These platforms serve as the backbone for innovation, reliability, and scalability, supporting critical operations in high-security environments. <li>Hands-on&nbsp;experience&nbsp;with&nbsp;GenAI&nbsp;frameworks,&nbsp;libraries,&nbsp;or&nbsp;platforms&nbsp;(e.g.,&nbsp;LangChain,&nbsp;TensorFlow,&nbsp;PyTorch,&nbsp;FastAPI).</li>
<li>Hands-on&nbsp;experience&nbsp;with&nbsp;using&nbsp;GenAI&nbsp;models&nbsp;for&nbsp;production&nbsp;applications,&nbsp;both&nbsp;open&nbsp;and&nbsp;closed&nbsp;source&nbsp;(e.g.,&nbsp;GPT,&nbsp;Llama,&nbsp;Claude).</li>
<li>Hands-on&nbsp;experience&nbsp;with&nbsp;other&nbsp;GenAI&nbsp;application&nbsp;components&nbsp;like&nbsp;models,&nbsp;vector&nbsp;databases,&nbsp;embeddings,&nbsp;chunking&nbsp;and&nbsp;evaluation.</li>
<li>Driving&nbsp;architectural&nbsp;decisions&nbsp;and&nbsp;contributing&nbsp;to&nbsp;long-term&nbsp;technical&nbsp;vision.</li>
<li>Experience&nbsp;of&nbsp;applying&nbsp;change&nbsp;management&nbsp;practices&nbsp;when&nbsp;delivering&nbsp;cutting-edge&nbsp;technology&nbsp;solutions&nbsp;and&nbsp;platforms&nbsp;to&nbsp;ensure&nbsp;value&nbsp;is&nbsp;delivered.</li>
