Title: Scrum Master (Remote) Duration: 6 Months Location: Remote Only W2 candidates are eligible for this position. Third-party or C2C candidates will not be considered. Job Description List of Tasks to be Performed As Scrum Master, will provide direction to the development and testing teams members, conduct Agile Ceremonies, oversee work and release management. Responsible for managing the entire Scrum process and maintaining Scrum artifacts and Scrum Tool. Takes projects from assignment to implementation. Supports management team's efforts in change management. Recommends and takes action to improve processes. Knowledge With The Following Qualifications Motivated self-starter with excellent analytical, organization, and troubleshooting skills. Deep knowledge of software development cycle and testing methodologies. Utilization of DevOps and Agile methods to promote collaboration and flexibility in software testing and development. Experience using Version One or other work management tools. Strong understanding of the complete life cycle of a system (SDLC) application and operating systems. Attention to Detail: Critical for identifying discrepancies in payroll calculations that could lead to financial penalties or legal issues Problem-Solving: Ability to analyze issues and payroll anomalies, determine if a discrepancy is a system bug or input error, and work with developers to resolve them. Strong Communication Skills: Ability to collaborate with key stakeholders, Solutions Architects, Product Owner, Managers and Developers. Time Management: Manage testing schedules to meet deadlines and payroll cycles. Successful candidates will ensure quality, timely completion of projects, meeting the specified expectations, reducing the risk or errors and customer satisfaction. Working knowledge of one of more of the following qualifications DevSecOps Agile Scrum VersionOne or equivalent Agile project management software Knowledge of and experience with SDLC practices Payroll systems and processing Mainframe knowledge a plus Required Certifications, If Any Scrum Master Certification required. The Scrum Master will heavily use these skills: communication, leadership, organization, time management, project management, risk management, problem-solving, adaptability, and teamwork. Required Experience Level Minimum of 5-7 years' experience, in technology or software development preferred. Educational Requirements A degree from an accredited College/University in the applicable field of services is preferred.
