Java Developer We are looking for a Java Developer to join our team and contribute to building scalable, enterprise-level applications used across our global platforms. In this role, you will be involved in the full software development lifecycle, working closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality, reliable solutions. Technologies we use Required: Java, Spring, Hibernate, Eclipse, SQL, PL/SQL, Git, JSP, JavaScript Nice to have: Linux, Docker, AWS Your responsibilities Participating in the full software development lifecycle – from requirements gathering to deployment Collaborating with product managers, designers, testers, and other developers Writing clean, efficient, and maintainable code Developing and maintaining unit tests (JUnit) Designing and implementing REST and SOAP web services Creating and optimizing SQL and PL/SQL queries Maintaining and improving existing systems, fixing bugs, and proposing enhancements Preparing and maintaining clear technical documentation Identifying opportunities for improvements and introducing new solutions Our requirements Minimum 5 years of experience as a Java Developer Experience working with Java 8 and Java 17 Strong knowledge of Spring (Core), Hibernate, and EclipseLink Proficiency in SQL and PL/SQL (Oracle) Experience with tools such as Tomcat/Tomee, GitHub, TeamCity Experience with REST and SOAP web services Knowledge of JSP, Struts, and JavaScript Experience with unit testing (JUnit) Very good command of English (international environment) Nice to have Willingness to learn React Experience with Linux, Docker, or AWS Familiarity with Java EE standards and CI/CD processes How we work Kanban methodology Cross-functional teams (Backend, Frontend, Fullstack, QA, Product, UX/UI, Analysts) Focus on collaboration, code quality, and continuous improvement What we offer Hybrid work model (1–2 days per week in the office) Opportunity to work on global, large-scale systems International and collaborative environment Development budget and access to internal & external training Conferences in Poland and abroad Mentoring and support from experienced tech leaders Space for innovation and your own ideas Knowledge-sharing culture and support for IT community initiatives English lessons Flexible working hours Partially or fully funded training Interested?
